By accessing our website, purchasing EveronGrid NMC or LFP battery packs, or submitting custom engineering requests, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or purchase our services.

2. Products, Orders & Custom Quotes

All battery order listings, specifications, and configurations are subject to availability.

• Custom Solutions: Custom battery layout quotes are estimates based on client specifications. Production schedules begin only after design confirmation and deposit clearance.
• Modifications: We reserve the right to alter battery cells, casing layouts, or BMS software features to improve safety standards without prior warning.

3. Safety Guidelines & Use Constraints

Lithium-based batteries (both NMC and LFP chemistries) carry inherent energy density risks. By buying our products, you agree:

• To follow all operating temperature, charge limit, and cell balancing guidelines provided with the battery manuals.
• Not to attempt manual modification of the BMS parameters or physical cell configuration without written EveronGrid authorization.
• To deploy the battery systems only in environments matching their design specs (e.g. EV, Solar energy grids, marine use cases).

4. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Our batteries are supplied with specific limited warranties against manufacturing defects. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EveronGrid is not liable for consequential damages, fire hazards, or thermal propagation events caused by incorrect third-party installation, environmental misuse, or negligence.

5. Intellectual Property

All brand elements, layout assets, custom cell matrices, and BMS microcode designs referenced on this site or in our products are the intellectual property of EveronGrid and are protected under international trademark and patent laws.
